“ I want to publicly thank five individuals who all helped me during a very challenging communication issue involving my telephone and map feature in my 2025 BMW X3. Though it took a couple months to resolve, it now appears to be back to working properly. Though unhappy about the issue, I do know that things happen with vehicles. What made a difference here is that there were people at BMW who went out of their way to help me. First, Johnnie Bueno, the service advisor who stuck with me through this long process of many visits and three car loaners. He did everything he could to make things efficient for me, and communicated professionally and nicely with me. Johnnie is impressive for his customer service actions. I have to acknowlege Henry - who greets me warmly when I come in with my car. Mike in the Service Department also met with me a couple of times personally to look into this challenging issue. One of the managers, Charles Simmons, also stepped in one day to try to address the problem with communication-connections as well by personally trying to hook things up after the most recent failed attempt. Finally, Johnnie Bueno advised me that they were getting a new part. Once installed I picked it up and was not able to get it fully connected. Johnnie requested that Romanes in the Genius department come to my home (I had been at the dealership 7-8 times already about this) to connect my phone, keys, and card with the car and new dashboard feature. Romanes took the time to go through the whole process of connecting all the things. Finally my car is working fully. I appreciate the professional assistance from all involved at the Brahmin BMW West Palm Beach location. ”

“ There are 2 things in life that most people absolutely hate to do, the first is going to the Dentist and the second is going to BUY a CAR! After doing my due diligence I walked into the store and was greeted by a very nice salesman by the name of Paul who was NOT pushy and made me feel comfortable right from the start! Sales rep provided the typical first sucker quote where they took 4K off my trade (when I showed them previous dealer quote) and then added inflated financing rate ( not matching the current certified rate on BMW USA site for promotion). Sales rep countered saying they would go back to their management and would get back with me the very next day .... and never heard back. Gave it a day and then another tried texting back, and from there on sales rep was unresponsive. Unprofessional and a waste of time. Found another BMW dealership and got treated the right way elsewhere. ”
