“ I am extremely upset and disappointed with my experience today. I placed a Cadillac Escalade under contract for two days, and when I arrived to pick it up, the front windshield was damaged. Mike on duty, the manager was extremely disgusting and rude, offered no meaningful assistance only to remove the damaged windshield tint without providing a replacement. When I suggested canceling the contract Michael Morganstein got involved the director of pre owned sales, I was suddenly told the windshield could be replaced, but only at the cost of whatever the shop across the street charges to remove and replace the damaged windshield. I then requested a credit on the vehicle due to the significant damage, and that was also denied. I upheld my end of the agreement, yet your company unfortunately did not keep its promises. It is Christmas Eve, and instead of enjoying the holiday, I am standing here arguing with the staff at BMW Braham. Being offered a $250 to $500 to $750 credit for this situation is frankly insulting. Then Mike removed the vehicle and drove it off to hiding with all my belongings in it. What a total disaster I’m looking all over for my personal possessions. Adriana and CJ had to get involved. As Mike the on duty manager was out of control. Go purchase a a vehicle somewhere else because this dealership has no respect for its customers. ”
